This page explains how Next Photo I.V.A handles information collected through this website.

Who operates this website

This website is operated by Next Photo I.V.A, a photo restoration service in New York.

What the site collects

Contact form

If you submit the restoration request form, Next Photo I.V.A receives:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number, if you enter one
  • The service you select
  • Your message describing the photograph and its condition
  • A photograph file, if you choose to attach one (JPEG, PNG, or WebP, up to 5 MB)

The form includes one field that visitors are not asked to complete. It is there only to discourage automated submissions. If that field is filled in, the message is not treated as a genuine request and is not emailed.

When a request is submitted, the server checks that required fields are present, that the email address is valid, that the selected service is one of the listed options, and that any uploaded file is a JPEG, PNG, or WebP image within the size limit.

Email delivery

Completed requests are emailed to [email protected]. The message is sent from a mailbox on this website’s domain. Your email address is placed in the Reply-To field so a reply can reach you. If you attach a photograph, it travels with that email as an attachment. Uploaded photographs are not published on the website. Any temporary copy used to prepare the message is removed after the form is processed.

Server logs and rate limiting

The hosting environment may record ordinary web-server logs such as IP address, date and time, requested page, and browser type. These logs are used to operate and secure the website.

The form handler may also keep a hashed record of the visitor IP address in a temporary server directory that is not part of the public website. That record is kept only for a short window so repeated automated posts can be limited. It is not used for advertising.

Hosting infrastructure

This website runs on ordinary web hosting or a virtual private server. The hosting provider may process technical data as needed to serve the pages, send email, and operate the server.

What this website does not use

  • Analytics services
  • Advertising pixels
  • Marketing trackers
  • Cookies set by this website
  • localStorage or sessionStorage

A small JavaScript file runs the mobile menu and can pre-select a service on the contact form when a link includes that information. It does not store personal information in the browser.

Purpose of processing

Information from the form, phone, or email is used to read your restoration request, reply to you, and assess whether a photograph can be worked with. If a project is later agreed, photographs you send may also be used to carry out that work.

Sharing

Request information is sent through the website’s email pathway to Next Photo I.V.A. Hosting and mail-server operators may process messages as part of delivering email. Information may also be disclosed if required by law.

If this website links to another site, that site has its own privacy practices. This page does not cover how those sites handle information.

Security

The form accepts only POST requests, checks required fields, validates email addresses, limits upload types and size, and uses a spam field plus a simple IP-based rate limit. Uploaded files are identified by the server, given a generated name, and are not stored as public website files. These are ordinary precautions. No website or email system can promise that information will never be intercepted or misused.

Retention

Emails, including any attached photographs, are kept as long as they are needed to reply, to complete agreed work, or to keep a record of a request. Temporary upload copies are removed after the form is processed. Rate-limit records in the server’s temporary directory are overwritten over time. Server logs follow the hosting environment’s usual rotation. There is no single fixed retention date for every kind of record.

Access, correction, and deletion

You may write to [email protected] to ask what information from a request is held, to correct it, or to ask that it be deleted. Some records may still need to be kept for an ongoing project or a legal obligation.

Children

This website is not directed at children. An adult with the right to provide them may still send family photographs that include minors.

Changes

This page will be updated if the way the website collects information changes — for example, if a domain, mail path, or form field is added.
