Website purpose
This website describes digital photo restoration services offered by Next Photo I.V.A in New York and provides a way to send a request by form, phone, or email. It is not a shopping cart and does not complete a purchase on its own.
Restoration requests
You may send a request through the contact form or by using the telephone number or email address published on this site. Please describe the photograph and its condition as clearly as you can.
Request review
Submitting a request does not automatically create an order or agreement. Next Photo I.V.A reviews the information you send, including any attached image, before deciding whether restoration work can be offered.
Project acceptance
A project begins only after both sides have agreed on the work to be done. Until then, there is no confirmed price, schedule, or obligation to restore the photograph.
Condition of source material
The ability to restore an image depends on the condition of the source and on the visual information that remains in it. Faded dyes, torn paper, stains, and missing emulsion all limit what a digital copy can yield.
Restoration limitations
Digital restoration can reduce many kinds of damage. When enough of the photograph survives, contrast, color, and surface wear can often be improved. It cannot make every print look undamaged, and it cannot recover detail the camera or the paper never held.
Missing image information
Next Photo I.V.A does not guarantee that every damaged or missing area can be reconstructed accurately. Reconstruction of lost areas, when it is attempted, is an interpretation based on surrounding detail. Faces, hands, lettering, and other unique features that are entirely gone cannot be promised as a true likeness of the original.
Colorization
If you ask for color to be added to a black-and-white photograph, the color is interpretive. It is not a recovery of original dyes and may differ from how the scene looked in life.
Customer-provided photographs
You should only submit photographs you own or have permission to provide. Family archives often include pictures of other people. You are responsible for having the right to send those images for review and restoration.
Rights to submitted materials
You keep whatever rights you already have in the original photograph. By sending a file or a picture of a print, you give Next Photo I.V.A permission to use that copy for review, communication, and — if a project is agreed — restoration and delivery back to you. The website does not claim ownership of your family photographs.
Digital files
Completed restoration work is delivered as a digital file. The original paper print or film is not replaced by that file unless you later make your own prints from it.
Physical originals
The restoration described on this website is digital. Next Photo I.V.A does not, through this service, physically repair, bleach, retouch, or conserve the paper or film original. If a print is mailed or delivered later, handling of that object will be discussed separately from these website terms.
Pricing and timing
This website does not list prices or turnaround times. Price and timing, when they are discussed, belong to the review of a specific photograph after a request has been received. Submitting the form does not set either one.
Website content
Text, layout, and demonstration images on this site belong to Next Photo I.V.A or are used to illustrate kinds of damage. The demonstration images are illustrative examples, not client photographs. You may not copy the site in bulk for another commercial service.
Third-party services
The website depends on hosting and email infrastructure to exist and to deliver form messages. Those operators have their own terms. This site does not load analytics, advertising, or marketing scripts.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Next Photo I.V.A is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from a restoration request, including loss of data in an email path or dissatisfaction that a damaged area could not be reconstructed from the source. This website is provided as a way to learn about the service and to send a message.
Changes
These terms may be updated if the website or the way requests are handled changes. The version published on this page is the current one.
